Once the employer or a recruitment agent has appointed us for recruitment, we begin to formulate a recruitment plan specific to the client’s qualification guidelines and other requirements, also taking into consideration, recruitment timelines. Upon confirmation of the job specification submitted by the client, we will embark on personnel search from active database, through newspaper advertisement and targeted industry search. Our company will produce the best-qualified applicants to the client for final interview.
Pre-Selection & Finalization
The pre selection process is about selecting suitable candidates from our database. This is a meticulous process that takes time and effort. Going through hundreds of resumes is a tedious process. This however, allows our company to keep track of the availability of the candidates for final selection, interview and trade testing. We will then facilitate selection of employees through final interviews conducted by the employee in Nepal or through telephone or video conferencing or by a company representative. This also includes medical examination of the candidates.
Once all negotiations have been made, final documentations have to be made. These include the following.
